Our rates are for up to 2 people, 2 pets ( 40 pounds or less, no vicious breeds, no exceptions) and 1 vehicle per site. Storage for additional vehicles, campers, trailors and boats in rear area. Effective starting October 1, 2006 and includes sewer, water and use of all facilities, except monthly and seasonal.

Rates: 2008- 2009 season Begins October 1, 2008

$30.00 per day full hookup.
$140.00 per week full hookup.
$375.00 per month Plus electric.

Extra Options:

$3.00 per day per extra person. Includes guests using facilities (pool & showers) for day visits.
$1.00 per page - fax machine
$0.25 per copy - copy machine
$1.00 per bag - Ice

Seasonal Rate:

$200.00 (plus electric) per month. Unit must be tied down and skirted or you must pay the full year in advance, this applies to 6 months or less occupancy. Just leave your RV here and drive the car back and forth.

No reservations are accepted for Oct. 1st. thru Jan. 31 without a 3 month minimum stay or $975.00 upon arrival with a $200.00 deposit when you make your reservation. Anyone wishing to stay less than 3 months will still be required to pay the 3 month rate with balance due upon arrival. No refunds can be issued without a 30 day written ( or faxed ) notice received 30 days before time of arrivial. No cash refunds will be given after Dec.1st. When making reservations you must specify a date of arrivial ( you're reservation starts that day ). Camp'n Aire "future stay credits" can be issued only for cancellations of less than 30 days or after Dec.1st and may only be used from April 01 thru Sept. 31 for up to two ( 2 ) years. Depends upon availability. Non-transferrable.

Fax, copy, internet and ice available at clubhouse. Wireless internet through out the park. Wireless cards with an attached antenna are recommended.
